These terms cover this website, the waitlist and the Index Quiz. The clinic is not open yet. When bookings open, the terms for our care come to you separately, before you book.

This site is run by Index Clinic Australia Pty Ltd, ABN 51 698 482 996. You can reach us at info@indexclinic.com.au. By using the site you agree to these terms.

General information, not medical advice

Everything on this site is general information. It is not medical advice and it does not take your circumstances into account. Talk to your own doctor about your health. If you are unwell right now, call 000 or go to an emergency department.

The Index Quiz

The Index Quiz helps you put what you want to work on in one place. It is not a medical assessment, and it does not decide what tests or care you receive. A doctor decides that with you, in a live consultation.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist needs no card details and commits you to nothing. You can leave whenever you like, using the unsubscribe link in any email or by writing to us. Being on the waitlist does not promise a booking, a test, or any particular care. Opening dates and the order in which bookings open can change, and we will tell you if they do.

Prices

Nothing is sold or charged on this site. Full pricing comes to you before bookings open.

Using the site

Use the site lawfully, give us accurate details, and do not try to interfere with how it works or access parts of it that are not meant for you.

Our content

The words, images, design and marks on this site belong to Index Clinic or are used with permission. You can view and share pages for your own use, but not copy or reuse them commercially without our written permission.

Other sites

Links to other sites, including our social accounts, are there for convenience. We are not responsible for content we do not control.

Your rights under Australian law

Nothing in these terms limits a right you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of this site or from relying on its general information.

If these terms change, this page changes and the date at the top changes with it. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
