What happens after I register? +

You receive a confirmation email with your readiness score and referral link. Your score updates as you complete actions. When Intake 01 opens for clinical onboarding, the highest-scoring registered users are invited first; starting with bloodwork-ready patients.

I don't have bloodwork yet. Can I still join Intake 01? +

Yes. You can register and earn points through profile completion, social actions, and referrals. A spot is held while you complete your baseline panel. However, clinical onboarding cannot begin without bloodwork; it's a regulatory requirement, not an arbitrary hurdle.

What bloodwork do I need? +

A comprehensive panel covering hormonal (IGF-1, testosterone, DHEA-S), metabolic (fasting insulin, HbA1c, lipids, ApoB), inflammatory (hsCRP), and nutritional markers. The Index Clinic Bloods pathology network offers a co-branded panel through 2,000+ collection centres nationally. See the Bloodwork guide for the full list.

How are referral points verified? +

When a friend registers using your unique referral link, their registration is automatically attributed to your account and +150 pts is added to your score. You'll receive an email notification each time a referral is confirmed. There is no limit to the number of referrals.

Is this a commitment to purchase? +

No. Registering for the Index Intake secures your position in the queue and gives you early access when clinical onboarding opens. There is no payment at this stage. A consultation fee applies when you book a telehealth appointment, and compounding costs apply if a prescription is indicated.
